On Friday we spent the day in the English Lake District. We traveled for two hours from Manchester to the Lake District and then went to two three villages: Windermere, Keswick and Ambleside. We did some shopping, swan watching and sightseeing and saw some of England's beautiful countryside. We also had lunch in a 500 year old pub called "The Kirkstone Pass Inn". A wonderful day of bus rides and village walking!
